If you’re like 90-95% of women, the answer is probably no. We look in the mirror and we see flaws – imperfections, cellulite, scars, stretch marks – and we wish we could have that perfect body. We wish we looked different than we do. And we try – every cream, pill, diet on the market, but nothing ever works.
What if it didn’t have to be that way? What if you could fall wildly in love with your body? What if you could heal your relationship with food?
Our body is our sacred temple and we should treat it as such.
But so often we don’t. We look in the mirror and see flaws. So we punish and beat ourselves up. We starve or binge or go on some wacky diet to “feel better” about ourselves. It never works. And it hurts; Goddess it hurts to feel this way.
My goal is to help you learn to love YOUR body in all its natural glory. I want to help you heal your BodyShame, transform your relationship to those body parts you tend to criticize and pick on most, and reinvent your relationship with food.
